depa just announced criteria for Startups for tax exemption !!

Following previous NSTDA announcement, the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) is a second agency that just announced a set of criteria for digital startups to be qualified for capital gains tax exemption. According to the Royal Decree No. 750, only investment in qualified startups will receive the capital gains tax exemption benefit.
